Victory at the East Coast Piers Race for Grant and Jon

What a fantastic weekend at the East Coast Piers Race, hosted by Marconi Sailing Club.

Grant and Jon put in a superb performance aboard the mighty Nacra 20 Carbon, taking the overall win after an exciting day of racing. The East Coast Piers Race is always a highlight of the multihull calendar, with challenging conditions and close competition making for a true test of speed, teamwork and tactics.

Grant was full of praise for his crew, Jon Cotgreave, whose outstanding work throughout the race played a huge part in securing the victory.

A successful race weekend also relies on support ashore, and Grant wanted to give a special thank you to his wife, Lindsay, who looked after the team all weekend—even though it happened to fall on their wedding anniversary.
