Grant and Jon Crowned 2026 Nacra 20 National Champions

A huge congratulations to Grant and Jon, who have been crowned 2026 Nacra 20 National Champions after a fantastic weekend of racing at Isle of Sheppey Sailing Club.

The championship brought together some of the UK's best multihull sailors, with fast, tactical racing and close competition throughout the fleet. Grant and Jon delivered an outstanding performance, combining consistent speed with excellent decision-making to secure the national title.

The victory continues an impressive run of form for Grant, following his success at the East Coast Piers Race (ECPR) just a week earlier. Winning back-to-back major events is a testament to the preparation, teamwork and determination that goes into every race.

At GP Sails, we're incredibly proud to see our team competing at the highest level. Success on the racecourse gives us valuable insight into sail design, performance and development, helping us create fast, reliable sails for sailors at every level—from club racing to national championships.
